BPD celebrating 2022 International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Girls with the theme “UNITE ! Activism to end Violence against women and girls” “Orange the World”. The Director of the Bureau of The Public Defender Mrs Olubunmi Adesomoju and staff sensitizing congregations at the Chapel of Light church Alausa and NASFAT at Alausa Central Mosque, Alausa ,Ikeja .

The Director, Mrs Olayinka Adeyemi and Staff of BPD Lagos celebrated the International Women's day, on the 8th day of March 2020, at a Cinema, Ikeja Lagos.

BPD Lagos Organize First International Day of the Girl Child writing competition. Various Gifts and Prizes was presented to winners at the competition.

BPD Lagos Organize 2019 Orange the world with Nollywood Actors and Actresses, An awareness campaign against Rape and Domestic Violence in Lagos State.
